CWC PICK AND PAY

CWC Pick and Pay was created to close the gap between our small business budget and the desire for schools to have more control of their menu. Customers pay a little more for a more personalized menu. The additional cost is paid upfront and your invoice is paid as scheduled.

1. What is the CWC Pick and Pay?

CWC Pick and Pay allows customers to design a menu by selecting from a range of ingredients.

2. How does Pick and Pay work?

Customers order and pay the up charge upfront and submit their menu. This covers the cost of ingredients and the flexibility to create a custom menu. This cost difference is paid up front IN ADDITION to your usual invoice. So you would be paying both the upfront costs (as soon as your menu is submitted) AND your regular scheduled invoice when it's due.

3. What can I include in my custom menu?

You can choose from a variety of ingredients listed on the menu selection form. Some items may have additional costs based on availability and the fact that they may be more costly for us to purchase.

4. Will it include ingredients that are not on your regular menu?

Yes. Although you will see some of the basic menu items there will be some ingredients that are not normally found on your monthly Saavor menu. 

5. How far in advance do I need to submit my menu?

Your menu has to be submitted by Thursday in order to receive it the following week. Menus submitted after Thursday will be delivered the week after the following week.

6. Is the program available for special occasions or events?

Special occasions and events require catering. You can order catering directly from us though our website: www.cookingwithcorey.com

7. What happens if an ingredient I requested is unavailable?

If a requested ingredient is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible and suggest alternative options.

8. Can I make changes to my menu after it has been finalized?

Usually not but please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make adjustments to see if we can help.

9. Is there a fee or contract for CWC Pick and Pay?

No. Use it when you want. There is no sign up, fee or contract to use this. If a Pick and Pay menu is not submitted we will follow what is on your Saavor menu.

10. What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. 

11. Can I change my Saavor menu without using CWC Pick and Pay?

Moving forward the only way to alter your Saavor menu is to use CWC Pick and Pay.
